Our Collective Passivity, And How To Lose Again

If you become an avid observer of your own day to day life, you'll begin to notice patterns there that you hadn't really seen before.  Do you have periods of joy, followed by periods of unexplained discontent?  Do you find that during the discontented times you procrastinate more, accomplish less, are more critical of yourself and others?  Watch these times more closely, and you'll actually be able to trace the start back to certain "triggers".  These triggers are incidents that take place that send you into passivity, and passivity can only be recognized if you actively look for it.

Michigan: Hillary's Secret Weapon

If you're like me, you've been asking yourself (or anyone who will listen), WHY, WHY, WHY is Hillary Clinton staying in the race?  She's a seasoned politician, and surely she wouldn't be staying in if she didn't think she could win.  Well, I just read something that opened my eyes just a little more.  It's Michigan, Stupid!

This, from the Detroit News :

While all eyes were locked on Pennsylvania for the last six weeks, Clinton was quietly amassing delegates in the Wolverine State. And she was rewarded this past weekend with a significant victory at the district conventions.

Moveon.org Petition to end "Gotcha" Debates

According to Chris Cillizza of the Washington Post, Hillary Clinton once again put the republicans ahead of the democrats, and praised John McCain for his stance on global warming.  His column, titled, Clinton Praises McCain on Global Warming, Focuses on Women, also contained a link to a Moveon.org petition I thought many would want to see.

This is my first diary, so bear with me. Ever wonder exactly how far Hillary Clinton would go to get this nomination?  If you're like me, you haven't been surprised by the lengths she and Bill have gone to thus far.  This morning, however, I awoke to pictures on the front page of Huffington Post that completely sickened me.
